For storm damage or a tree on a structure, call (850) 753-9465. Phone calls get the quickest response. For routine work, the form is a great option, and you'll hear back to schedule an estimate.
If anyone is injured or a tree is on a power line, call 911 or FPL (1-800-4OUTAGE) first.
What to include in your request
The more we know, the faster we can send the right people and equipment:
- Address or nearest cross streets, so we can plan the visit.
- What you need done: removal, pruning, stump grinding, storm cleanup, land clearing or an assessment.
- How many trees, and roughly how big. "Three tall pines and one big oak" helps a lot.
- What's underneath or nearby: house, fence, pool, shed, power lines or the street.
- Access: is there a gate, and how wide is it? Can a truck reach the backyard?
- Urgency: is it a hazard right now, or can it be scheduled?
- Photos can be texted once we contact you.
What happens next
- Someone from our team contacts you, usually by phone, to confirm details and schedule a visit.
- They visit your property, look at the trees and access, and answer questions.
- You get a written estimate with removal, stump grinding and cleanup itemized.
- If you accept, they schedule the work. You're under no obligation.

Before your estimate
A little preparation helps your estimate go quickly:
- Unlock gates and secure pets.
- Note any irrigation lines, buried cables or septic systems near the trees.
- Think about whether you want the stump ground, and whether you'd like to keep any wood.
- If the work might need HOA approval, check your covenants or ask your HOA office.
- If you're unsure about local rules, ask during the visit.
Common questions before you call
Do I need to be home for the estimate? Not always. If the trees are easy to reach and gates are unlocked, our crew lead can often look without you and follow up by phone. For storm damage or anything near the house, it helps to be there.
How soon can work start? Routine jobs are usually scheduled within days to a couple of weeks depending on season. Hazards and storm damage are handled first.
Can I get pricing over the phone? A rough range, sometimes, especially with photos. A firm price requires seeing the tree, the access and what is underneath it.
